We're teaming up with the Chicago Public Library's Maker Lab for a really special night of stories and songs!

May 7th - May 28th, Saturdays at 10:30pm
The Playground Theater: 3209 N Halsted, Chicago, IL

In this darkly comedic musical, the true life of Danny Tanner and is family is exposed; promises will be broken, sinister paths explored, lives may be lost, and yes, songs will be sung. Whether you’re a member of the Full House fan club or scoff in a superior fashion when you hear someone utter “Cut It Out”; you will find both a touch of nostalgia and an illuminating light shining brightly on the Tanners’ most clandestine realities. Come see the Tanners as you’ve never seen them before.

Sunday, April 17, 2016 - 7:00pm
Some Office: 1917 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL

Every month, the Nerdologues invite our friends and Nerds from the community to come and share their stories. Some people do stand-up, perform sketches, or sing songs; a lot of people tell their tales. Then we put it up on a podcast.

Our special guest this month is our friend Scott Whitehair, a veteran Chicago storyteller and amazing guy! He's bringing some of his favorite new talent to the show, and we're bringing our friends, too!

Saturday, April 16, 2016 - 11:59pm
iO Chicago: 1501 N Kingsbury St, Chicago, IL, 60642

Join the Cards Against Humanity late night writer’s room. You’ll pitch your card ideas to the game creators, and the best suggestions will be acted out live by the Nerdologues and friends.

The worst suggestions will be mercilessly ridiculed.

This month, we're teaming up with a couple really special groups! First, our special guests for the month are the founders of International Tom Hanks Day, a celebration of all things T Hanks! Even better, THD's not just a tribute to a great actor -- it's also a fundraiser for a wonderful cause, Lifeline Energy. You can learn about Tom Hanks Day at http://thetomhanksday.com and about Lifeline Energy at http://lifelineenergy.org.

To host this partnership, we're moving the show to a super cool new venue for the month. We'll be at Begyle Brewing, an excellent craft beer maker in the heart of Ravenswood! We're really excited to try out their new event space, and they'll definitely have their delicious beers on sale for you to consume! Learn more about Begyle at their site: http://www.begylebrewing.com/home.

A few years ago in an iO theater that no longer exists, the Nerdologues put up a show that had a little fun with the epically terrible Star Wars Holiday Special. This year, on the eve of the Force Awakens release, we're doing it again!

Note this is an ALL-NEW COMEDY SHOW, just with a similar premise -- our hero, Joe, has to get home to Ohio to enjoy Life Day celebrations with the Gennaro family, but some malicious Force is trying to stop him.

Suggested $10 donation at the door, all proceeds go to Chicago Loot Drop. Come see our show and do some good this holiday season! There'll also be a charity raffle with cool Star Wars prizes!
