Nerdologues Podcasts

The Nerdologues started podcasting with Your Stories back in 2011. We loved sharing our night of nerding out across the world. Since then, we've started a bit of a podcast family, including long-running shows like the Nerdologues' own Mary Beth Smith's MBSing, a biweekly sports show called Sports Retorts, a show about mixtapes called Blank Cassette, and more!

For over five years The Nerdologues Presents: Your Stories has combined comedy, rock and roll, and disastrous earnestness into a weekly podcast where cool cats like you share their tales in front of a live audience and we find out a little something about why we're all nerds.

MBS (Mary Beth Smith) and a friend cut the BS out of conversation by discussing a topic her guest loves.

A rewatch podcast with a sociopolitical twist. Each week, hosts Lauren Faits and Eric Garneau discuss episodes and issues from the surprisingly progressive 1985 cartoon She-Ra: Princess of Power -- and get ready for its forthcoming Netflix reboot!

When the Joker challenges Batman to release him and his rapscallion rogues from the confines of Arkham Asylum, they decide to settle their simmering rivalry with ... a friendly game of baseball? Listen in on a full nine innings of exciting nonstop play-by-play of the GREATEST ballgame you've never heard before. Join our experienced booth crew of Teri Shea, former ballplayer Fred Wilcox, and field reporter Jimmy Olsen as they cover the intensity of the on field proceedings! Hear the crack of the bat as your favorite superheroes, villains, and players send the ball into the bleachers! Cheer along with the crowd as you follow Batman .. at Bat!

Improv comedy is simultaneously the best and worst art form that exists. Sometimes, it’s pure magic. Other times, it really really sucks. But why? Every Monday, we host a workshop and jam called the Mixer in Chicago. We invite some of our favorite folks to teach for a half hour, then the improvise with the attendees. After that wraps, hosts Kevin and Morgan sit down with them to learn about their journey, why Chicago, what they love about improv, but we always ask the question, “why do you think Improv Sux?”
